Meet Nicki from Dahlias + Details:
Nicki is the founder of Dahlias & Details, a floral design studio and flower shop that specializes in sustainable, locally grown flowers for weddings, proposals, corporate events, and life’s everyday moments. The shop features fresh flowers, houseplants, gifts, and creative workshops for our local community and beyond.
Meet Charina + Orchid & Pine:
With a BFA in fashion design and a background in teaching yoga and meditation, Charina’s love of form, texture, and color naturally bloomed into a practice that bridges floral design with the slow, mindful art of crafting with flowers by hand. Through floral art, she brings those worlds together in a way that feels both intentional and beautifully alive. Her work through Orchid & Pine Studio can be found at The Huntington Botanical Gardens, The New York Botanical Gardens, beloved local 11th Hour Coffee gift shop and is featured in In Her Studio magazine.
Through her Pressed Floral Portrait Workshops, Charina invites you to slow down and reconnect with your creative side. You’ll learn how to layer delicate blooms, play with color and composition, and leave with a piece that is uniquely yours—a little reminder of what your hands and imagination can do.
