Micro Moves, Big Magic
Tiny Intentions Tattoos are more than sigils—they’re science-backed tools for real change. Rooted in the idea of embodied cognition, they’re designed to work with the brain through the body. What we see, wear, and physically experience shapes how we think and feel.
By placing your intention on your skin—somewhere you’ll see it daily—you create a gentle, visual cue that helps reroute old habits and reinforce new ones, one small, beautiful shift at a time.

Why I Created Tiny Intentions
I’m Charina—creator, curator, CYT and dreamer-in-chief behind Orchid & Pine Studio and Tiny Intentions. This all started with my own journey—one of healing, unlearning, and finding gentler ways to grow.
For years, I lived with Trichotillomania, a condition that often goes unseen and unspoken. My healing wasn’t linear or perfect, but along the way, I found simple tools that helped me return to myself—one of them being small, visual reminders of the intentions I wanted to live by.
Tiny Intentions was born from that experience. These tattoos are for anyone who needs a gentle nudge toward change—a quiet companion on the path of growth. They’re visual anchors, inspired by the idea that even the smallest act of awareness can shift something deep within.
As part of our commitment to breaking the silence around BFRBs, a portion of every purchase supports the TLC Foundation for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors—an organization doing essential work in advocacy, education, and support for those living with conditions like Trichotillomania.
